Hi Jeff,
My flags seem to eat anything that is put inthere. I alternate feedings
w/flakes, freeze dried tubifex worm cubes and freeze dried bloodworms,
freeze dried baby shrimp and the algae sheets. They also munch on a few
of my plants.
