catching fish

I have changed my mind a number of times regarding
which fish I want with my plants. This has meant I
had to catch the rejects in order to trade them back to
the Fish store.

Some fish are not about to go into a trap - maybe you
will be lucky on this; I wasn't. I ended up getting a
large net and putting a shrimp pellet or other favorite
food in the bottom of the net and holding it about
halfway into the tank (down to about half of the depth
of the tank). Then, when the fish I am after go into the
net, quickly bring them up.

With really wiley fish, this can take some patience -
ok, LOTs of patience.

Good luck,
