I find that 1 tsp of yeast per 2-litre bottle is overkill. I've
experimented with smaller amounts and found that there's very little
difference in CO2 production with as little as 1/4 tsp in a 2-litre
bottle. With less than 1/4 tsp, the batch takes several days to get up to
full production, and the peak production rate is lower. On the other
hand, the batch lasts longer.

Bye-Bye!

Your mail client just dumped 150 lines of crap on the list, so that you
could give us 11 lines of text and 3 signatures in 4 notes. Don't expect
me to go hunting you up. Now, has anyone seen my cane around here...?
