American Flagfish

Someone a while back mentioned that the American flagfish does a good job
of eating hair algae.  Because I live in Arizona my tank temps are usually
80-82 most of the year and I read in Beansch that they do best at 68 with
breeding at 76-77.  

Whats the opnion that they would do ok in my much warmer setup.
