Nymphoides Aquatica is the name!


however I'm seeing also algae thriving and expanding rapidly; I did not 
change any
other parameter so I think it is a matter of light (spectrum?)

well, red spectrum light is prone to cause algae growth under most
conditions. Although the plants like it as well, the lesser plant(algae)
also thrives under this spectrum.
