Re: GE Silicone

The GE Silicone is fine -- make sure it is the type that says safe for
aquarium use on the label. It's somewhere near the end of the description
of the product, before the instructions. I have used this silicone with
success in two tanks, one with goldfish and one with tropical fish and
frogs. Just make sure you cure it properly before adding water, and use in
a well-ventilated area as it releases either acetic acid (vinegar) or
something else smelly (depending on type) while curing.
