The term bicarbonate refers to the Hydrogen not to 2 of
something. It's an old nomenclature that will not go away.
So based on my knowledge (leave myself open with that statement
;) Sodium biphoshate will be Na2 HPO4.  Na(H2)PO4 would read
sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
