couldn't resist doing that.

Thanks Olga for the info. I got my dosing suggestions from the April article posted
by Tim Mullins, PMDD: Sources and Doses (tablespoon version). Tim states that
the new recommendation is Conlin and Sears' lastest. Here is how it compairs with the original article by Paul & Kevin:

  Tbs Version Original
1 Tbs 1 Tbs Chelated trace mix
       2 Tbs 2 Tbs K2SO4
       1 Tbs 1 Tbs KNO3
       1 Tbs 2.5 Tbs MgSO4+7H2O
        500 ml 300 ml H2O
    1 ml/120 gal 3 ml/26 gal Dosage

As you can see there is a large difference in the dilution and in
the dosing recommendations. I know I can determine the proper
dosing by trial and error but I as surprised that there is such a
big difference. Can others that have been using PMDD long
enough to stabilize give their experiences (version & dosage)?

Thanks
