CO2 System - Best Value for the Money?

Hi All,

I am finally going to jump into the world of freshwater plants in my
aquarium.  I want to get a CO2 system for the tank.  I am not the type to
build one myself and would like someone's recommendations on which
brands/models are good.  I am looking to spend anywhere from $150 to $300
for the system (is that too low)?

I have seen the Dupla Delta system for $259.00, but it has all of these
options associated with it which bring the price to over $1,000.  Do I
really need all of that stuff?

Is there a better solution?
