As I was jogging this morning, I realized that in my 
post of 6/21/97,  I misstated the quantities of sea 
salt and sodium bicarbonate I use to reconstitute 
RO water. I use 1 tsp (not tablespoon) synthetic 
sea salt per 10 gal, and 1/2 tsp (not tablespoon) 
sodium bicarbonate per 10 gal. This works well for 
my softwater tanks, as I indicated.
