Osmocote is a commercial pellet plant fertilizer.  You should be able to
find it at (land) plant stores & nurserys.  I don't know the manufact.
or the ratio of N-P-K, though I remember that the P was higher than what
I was looking for at the time.  It came in a tube shaped container and
was pretty cheap in price.  I know of local sources in Seattle, and will
give phone numbers if people want them.
