Dear collective, here's a query:

Fact pattern: 10 gallon tank; yeast CO2; 3 x 15 watt Flourescents;
heavily planted

pH= 6.8 -7.4, NO3= 0, PO4= .5 ppm, KH= 5.5 dH, O2= 7-14 ppm, Fe= .1 ppm

Fertilizer: Duplaplant, Duplaplant 24, Duplagan and Power Sand Substrate
additive

Query: I once had happy plants, bubbling all day long.  Then one day, I
added 15 tetras and they bubbled no more.  Green algae (beard on anubias
and slime on filter outlet) appeared.

Any thoughts on possible causes?

My thoughts:  I suspect PO4 are too high.  My Seachem test kit states
that if they are too high it will give a false low reading.
