Firstly, please take the off-topic angel breeding discussion to private email or a fish list. Thanks. I keep tons of Java fern in my Tanganyikan tanks (thanks, Karen!) and it does very well. I have Bolbitis in a Tanganyikan tank and some in lower pH and hardness tanks and, while it does okay in the cichlid tank, it does much better in the others. Cynthia
