This is the ideal situation! With continuous flow your water chemistry will be stable ... as long as your rate of influx is high enough. Of course, its essential that you have excellent water to begin with. As to your rate of flow I would suggest as high as you can afford ... this will not damage your fish or plants (again, as long as your incoming water is good). dave.
