"Aquarium Plants" by Barrons is a small "Mini Fact Finder" which contains
some good, basic, useable info. "The New Aquarium Handbook" is also by
Barrons, and contains good info on plant types & requirements. Both books
are inexpensive. As you start out, pay close attention to KH & Co2
requirements for plants, many common aquarium practices result in shortages
of these two needs.
