Subject: PMDD sources again

I was meticulous about writing down every source I saw on the postings 
for the various PMDD components (esp trace elements)....and then sloppy 
enough to lose the paper!(deleted the messages since I'm running out of 
disk space).

Would any generous souls out there who've found mail order sources for 
the trace elements, Potassium and Nitro compounds please email them to
