Hi folks,

With all the talk of clown loaches, and the impending demise of my plants
due to snail infestations, I'm ready to try them...but one question before
I do...has anyone kept them with corydoras cats? Just wondering if they
will school peacefully with the cats or be too playful.

BTW- for those of you who think snails don't do much damage, it really
depends on the type of snail you have. I had pond snails come in with some
plants I ordered. These were the common brown pond snails. They were
excellent at keeping algae down and didn't touch the plants (still don't)
However, I traded some plants and received a new type of snail, with a
flat circular shell, white-clear colored, and VERY plant destructive. This
is the species I'm hoping to eliminate, although I'll glady let the
loaches destroy all the snails they can find. I've already lost all my
java fern. Another reason to treat incoming plants for snails...
