Sounds like it might be Bolbitis Windeløv, which was developed by Tropica 
plants in Denmark. The Windeløv variety has solid Java-moss-like leaves 
ending in "frillies". I'm not sure if they have it up on their home page 
yet but the home page is worth looking at anyway.
