Urea

I've been trying to mix up some PMDD and have found some 2.5% chelated iron
with 5% nitrogen from urea. What is the chemical formula for urea, and in
what concentration will this be toxic to fish?

By the way, potassium nitrate ia available at Longs Drugs under the name of
salt petre for about $2.50 for 4 ounces.
