Tell your source he got it wrong.  USDA bans ALL plants whose roots
they cannot inspect.  Tropica plants can be brought in today if you
remove the fiberglass so they can be inspected for pests.   There is
only one importer allowed to ship in plants in medium, and he has a
USDA inspection TEAM on site at his expense to monitor the health of
his operation.   Dave
