Hello, In reference to Brown Otocinclus(?) if you are referring to otocinclus flexis(the larger variety) they are excellent. On DIY CO2 I find it no bother to take 5 minutes every two weeks to mix sugar ,yeast and water. My plants are doing great and I have no desire to spend money on an expensive high-tech outfit. IMHO.
