KH/pH/CO2... Temperature?

Most of us have seen this chart:

The Relationship of CO2, pH and KH

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 \ pH | 6.0 6.2 6.4 6.6 6.8 7.0 7.2 7.4 8.0
KH\ |
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
0.5 | 15 9.3 5.9 3.7 2.4 1.5 0.9 0.6 0.2
1.0 | 30 19 12 7 5 3 1.9 1.2 0.3
1.5 | 44 28 18 11 7 4 2.8 1.8 0.4
2.0 | 59 37 24 15 9 6 4 2.4 0.6
2.5 | 73 46 30 19 12 7 5 3 0.7
etc...
                        CO2 milligrams/liter

However, does anyone know the "multiplier" or constants we should
use to adjust these values for different water temperatures? For what
temperature is this chart accurate? Stated another way, is the
relationship between water temperature and dissolved CO2 linear? And, if
so, what is the constant we can use to figure the true CO2 concentration
according to this chart and the water temperature?
