Stephen.Pushak at aaudan_HAC.com asked about the compact fluorescent
bulbs that screw into regular sockets.  Well, I got a cheep reflector
off a broken desk lamp and have this mounted over a ten gallon tank that 
is just filled with crypt wendt?? (sp)

The lamp, a 20 watt, works great.  One word though, they do not like 
humidity.  My lamp, made by Phillips, specifically warns about using 
outdoors.  I have it mounted 6 inches over the tank, which contains only 
plants.  The only movement is from the home made yeast powered CO2 
injector.  I would worry if there are pumps that might get the fixture 
wet, but then I never worred before.
