You can easily do half that by getting the Nupro series (which is still my
personal favorite... you could probably use them on their own without a
regulator, as they're rated at 800+ PSI).  But I digress.  Some friends of
mine found a Seattle supplier of a reasonably cheap ($10-20) needle valve.
Unfortunately, I don't have the name with me... can get it if you wish.
