Potassium permanganate--how much?

In one of the FAQs, a solution of potassium permanganate is suggested for
disinfecting new plants. A ten-minute soak to get rid of pathogens, etc.

Would anyone know how much potassium permanganate (grams/ounces/tsps), say,
per gallon? I understand Jungle's Clear Water and Aquatronics' Flukes
Control have the same active ingredient. If anyone uses one or the other,
can you tell me what the percent solution of potassium permanaganate is in
those products?
