HW lighting question

Hallo everybody,
Is it possible to sustitute 4x20W neon light with a single 100W mercury
vapour in a FW tank ( about 48 gal ) with anubians nana & valisneria ? Does
mercury vapour light produces the right spectrum for plants ?
