I had a manifold built by a plumber for me with 3 needle valves so 
that I can feed 3 tanks off a single CO2 system.  The attachments 
to tubing are tightened down with those little metal strips with 
the tightening screw, (can you tell I'm not the mechanically 
inclined member of the family?) and no, there are no CO2 leaks 
(easy to check with a little soapy water!)
