NO.
If your water has chloramines, here are some approaches to take:
1. Expensive but effective: buy an RO unit.
2. Easy but problematic: Use a "one-step conditioner", e.g., AMQUEL
3. Cheap but chancy: Fill a large container and bubble the water for
a week or two ( doesn't always work)
