I also have one E. horemanii in my tank. It's really a beautiful
plant. I have the red variety. It's leaves are still only about 6
inches long. Probably still a baby, but it's almost making 1 to 2 new
leaves per week. Color is almost like a dark red wine.
What I was wondering is the shape of the plant. I have seen pictures
where the leaves are pointed very vertically up, almost like a val or
a crypt. balansae. Other pictures show the plant leaves more
horizontally radiating. Same in my tank. I wonder does this depend on
age, light or are there different types of horemanii other than the
green and red variants?
