I assume that David is talking about "The Aquatic Gardener." It is not an
American journal, but an English language aquatic plant journal, which is
published in America.
Its sponsoring orgainization, the Aquatic Gardeners Association is
international :-)

Nevertheless, I would be pleased to have the article for publication.
