Tetra Hydro Heater

Has anyone had any experience with the Tetra Hydro Heater (a 275 Watt Under
Gravel Heater) ? I'm setting up a 60Gal planted aquarium and this looked
like a good (certainly alot cheaper) alternative than the Dupla cable heater
gizmo.
