It's an old, OLD APD joke... sort of.  It became one of the longest,
silliest (and I have to admit) most fun threads ever on APD.  Did we learn
anything from it?  Not much.  But we had a good time.  (oh, and it came from
the fact that some people on the list, and I can't even remember who
anymore, said that clean water in a white bucket looked blue)

Glad to see some of you back.  I, too, miss the APD days!
