Cropping ears and tails is for asthetic reasons, to keep to a breed 
standard, not for amusement.Its not cruel, painful or dramatic to a dog 
either.

Robert, RTR, its been a long long time!  There is a simular arguemt on APC 
about cycling and plants, you should weigh in.
