I see phages are already used in the Aqua trade to fight off bacteria.
Vibrio anguillarum, a common bacteria infection (Vibriosis disease) in fish 
has a phage vaccine.

"Development of a phage displayed disulfide-stabilized Fv fragment vaccine 
against Vibrio anguillarum" paper published in 2004.

Disease fighting is a big industry, I'd like to think that the big aquarium 
companies could get into this act and help to give us decent cures.

In the UK antibiotics are banned from general use (I hear the USA is going 
down this route) and the dyes we currently use to kill off bacteria are 
close to being banned as there are worries over their dangers to humans.
