[APD] pH control

Dear aquatic plants members:

Hello, now i am thinking to control aquarium pH using pH
controller.
Many pH controllers are due to decrease pH by bubbling
CO2.
But, I want to rise pH (thinking pH=10 actually).

I am now thinking how can i rise pH by controlling
artificially.
If you have any idea, would you please tell me how to do.
