Yup, local supply/utility.

I use PhosGuard by SeaChem, which is aluminium-based:

But the two metallic materials seem to be similar in action from the ads on
this side of the pond.

Perhaps UltraSil?  It is the one which specifically mentions silicates as
well on:

But I did not do an extensive search, just quick & dirty.
