A bubble is no different, as far as gases are concerned, than the
surface of your tank. It's just another air-water interface. The partial
pressure of oxygen and other gases inside of a pure CO2 bubble is going
to be nil. That means any gases dissolved in the water will "want" to
diffuse into the bubble. How much so is a matter for debate, but I think
the principles of gases and diffusion are not a hotly debated topic in
the scientific community.
