[APD] Reply to a submission

I don't know how this works to reply to someones certain post but I would like to reply to the people talking about grounding their light.
  Any light with a 3 prong plug is grounded, especially all CF flourescents are these days so there is no need to ground the light itself. The fixture is already grounded through the plug. Now something with 2 prongs you may want to ground as stated in the previous posts.
