[APD] Scales, KH ref solutions and testing

Glad some folks are interested enough to buy a cheap semi
accurate scale and make more accurate ref solutions.
That was part of the intent and hope here.
It's not that costly as many assume.

Also, a 1000ml Volumetric flask are also sold and this size
works well(get a nice cap/stopper etc for it also) for making
dilutions and stock solutions.
