[APD] Dosing schedule for Seachem Trace & Seachem Iron

 Hi!

Recently I have purchased Seachem Flourish Traces & Seachem Flourish Iron. I
have a 90G planted tank with dense plantation, high light & CO2 injected.
What should be my dosing pattern for Seachem Flourish Traces & Seachem
Flourish Iron so as to get the best benefit out of them?
