One is higher in potassium, the other higher in iron, but the amounts aren't likely to show up in most tanks. You can get TMG in very large bottles from Big Al's and it's about half the price of the little bottles.

Either is good.  I do believe that the TMG goes a bit farther that the 
Flourish.  Also, it is a lot cheaper in larger quantities so refrigerate 
it or split it among locals.
