[APD] History of Aquatic Plant Digest Traffic -- Or - Camels and APD have humps

While the number of monthly posts since April 1995 has varied widely, from a low of 127 this last April to a high of 1,330 in March 2002, there is a discernible trend. There have been 8 months with over 1,000 posts, one as recently as September 2005, but only one month with less than 200 posts.
 
APD activity has decidedly humped -- in a nice way I mean --  which is to say, regression with a 2nd-order polynomial yields something like the top of the St. Louis arch.

If you subtract the non-plant chatter (an unavoidably subjective endeavor), the slopes steepen, the valleys deepen, and yawns lengthen.
