Yes it is quite nice. 

The one shooting for the top is about 8 inches away from making it. It
hasn't unfurled yet either. Do I cut it off now? Do I trim it at the bottom?
Or do I wait to see how high it goes....

Bright light and don't let the leaves hit the surface.  Once one of them
does, they will all start to shoot for it.  If you keep them trimmed, they
will slow down.  This is an absolutely beautiful plant.
