No, it's not hard to *find* if you live outside the UK....
But as I said I don't, then it is proving to be kind of hard. :-)

Amazon.co.uk don't sell it.

and the one UK site that I did find that does sell it, sells it in huge 
quantities! ie it's a bulk reseller.

Is it something a decent gardening centre would sell you think?
