[APD] Anubias lanceolata

I have acquired a couple Anubias plants labeled Anubias lanceolata.  I have
been unable to find much info about planting on this plant.  Since it is an
Anubias should it be planted on top of the substrate, rock or driftwood the
same as the Anubias barteri var. nana.  These came to me in pots with rock
wool and had very thick and long new white roots in the pot.

Any info would be helpful.
