Re: [APD] Aquatic-Plants Digest, Vol 33, Issue 28

anything to excess is not recommended---so the statement that a cupfull
causes cancer and therefore minute amounts might as well is not founded
on science---for a large amount of X could weken the immune system and
many diseases could follow-----yet small amounts of the chemical might
help the immune system----copper is one example that comes to mind---i
am sure some of the more astute fellows will be able to give a better
example----------we all know the problem is greater at the top of the
food chain--------so moderation is the key---and the golden mean the
target--------but do not stop bathing the baby because one was found
dead in the water

(1)Environmental project help needed

The captive reprodction of the island geckos is of great concern as they
are all TSD reptiles-----some produce almost all male offspring while
others produce mostly female offspring---the habatat of these small
endangered geckos is constantly being degraded---the future viability of
these animals is in doubt------i wish to work with anyone that is
interested in this TSD problem as it relates to these geckos

(2) Environmental project help needed

Rehabilitation help needed for 1500 acres in TENN

If you read this and have access to;

Catalpa seeds southern and northern
Turks head acorns

These two trees are missing in the eco-system I am working on-----also
any hardwood tree seeds or nuts that will grow in north western TENN
will be planted as well-----the plot is full of deer and wild turkey---a
large lake is in the center of it all----the lake is about 1 mile
long---well stocked----the plan is to keep it as Daniel Boone found it
and never let it be developed-----if you wish to donate seeds and nuts
they will be planted and mother nature will do th rest------however the
need is for the two trees mentioned as they were all destroyed by the
first owner.
