BILL---you have hit the nail on the head-----the organic fad is a feel
good way of denying the progress of industrialization-----let him who
would starve the world----eat dirt.   the reason we have such a high
standard of living in the US is directly related to the mechanization of
our farming and chemical additives that makes t possible o one man to do
the work of 50-----as was the case in the 1800's
