Well, any good list citizen will agitate the proper subject periodically

All kidding aside, I think you'd find that 4x65 would be an awful lot of
light for a tank of your size. 2x65W should be fine. The only trouble
that you *might* have is if you want really compact substrate-hugging
ground cover types of plants to grow.
Look at http://www.ahsupply.com/ for inexpensive but excellent compact
fluorescent lighting.
