LOL. I've had those neighbors. At my dad's house, which is in a 
reasonably upscale neighborhood (enough so that people refer to it by 
its location north of a certain street), someone managed to afford a 
house next door but they are the type that ride dirt bikes and ATVs in 
their front yard. Yes, it's very classy with someone on an ATV doing 
circles around their olive tree in the front yard. Not to mention the 
noise. Of course their mother works for the city in the code enforcement 
department so no one will enforce any noise ordinances against them. I 
don't even live in the South, just suburban Los Angeles.

To keep it a little on-topic: I don't like pearling too much actually.
