[APD] A BGA Test Kit?

While looking for something else, I stumbled across this link.  It offers a
kit to test for certain kinds of BGA.  I had never hard of such a thing.
Apparently it is targeted at the public health market.

At the very least, it could tell a person if his aquarium water could kill
him.
